Refunds
Linkhouse Media does not issue refunds for any of our services after payment is issued. By issuing payment for service, customer agrees and understands that the service provided is acceptable and waives any and all cause for reversal of payment.

Intellectual Property
All web sites will remain property of Linkhouse Media until invoice is paid in full. Customer agrees to grant Linkhouse Media full access to any and all web files associated with said web site until paid in full. Linkhouse Media reserves the right to reverse any changes, updates or upgrades to any web site until payment is made in full.

Unacceptable Material
Digital material of any kind that is, in our sole discretion, pornography, illegal, libelous, encourage conduct that would constitute a criminal offense, or otherwise violate any local, provincial, national, or international law will not be used in creation of a Linkhouse Media web site . Copyright, trademark, or registered material will not be used without the permission of its respectful owner. Linkhouse Media will not be held responsible if such material or materials are added to a web site designed or updated or changed in any way by Linkhouse Media.

Examples of unacceptable content:

• Any type of pornography
• Violations of Copyrights
• Hacker programs or archives
• Warez sites
• Hate propaganda
• Anything Illegal!!

Linkhouse Media will be the sole authority in determining what constitutes above unwanted material.

Site Designs:
All sites designed by Linkhouse Media will include a small but visible text (or graphic at the customer's discretion) link to Linkhouse Media's web site with the exception of template designs. Any customer not wanting said link will be subject to a surcharge of $500.00 CAN.

Abuse:
Linkhouse Media will not be held responsible should ANY web site in any way abuse or cause damage to the server it resides on or computers belonging to the users of said web site

Other:
Linkhouse Media reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason whatsoever and further reserves the right to change or amend these Terms of Service at any time without notice.
